The machine head is the main mechanical part of the hair transplanting machine. The main actions of hair transplantation are: taking hair, cutting the wire, forming the wire, tying the wire with the wire, and implanting the wire into the hole. The machine head mainly completes the above main actions through the connecting rod and cam structure. Equipment positioning accuracy, such as: workbench positioning accuracy, whether there are gaps in the mechanical structure, repeatability from slow to fast during processing, what pusher is used in the control system, what motor is used, etc.
Do a good job in daily maintenance of the equipment, keep the equipment clean, clean up dust, debris, and waste materials in a timely manner, add lubricating oil in a timely manner, and do a good job in preventing wear and rust. Regularly check vulnerable parts and replace excessively worn parts in a timely manner to avoid affecting product quality due to parts wear. Check equipment lines regularly and replace worn lines promptly.
Operators should often add drops of lubricating oil to the moving parts of the hair transplanting machine to reduce mechanical wear. Check regularly whether the screws are loose and tighten them in time. Keep the guide rails and screw rods clean to prevent debris from adhering to the guide rails or screw rods and affecting the accuracy of job positioning. Ensure that the electrical box is operated in a ventilated environment, avoid humid or high-temperature environments, and avoid severe vibration of the electrical box. The electrical box cannot be operated in an environment with strong electromagnetic fields, otherwise uncontrolled conditions may occur.
The four servo axes are the horizontal X axis, the vertical Y axis, the flap A axis and the hair changing Z axis. The XY axis coordinates determine the position of the toothbrush hole. The A axis plays the role of changing to the next toothbrush, and the Z axis plays the role of changing the hair color of the toothbrush. When the spindle motor works, the four electronically controlled servo axes follow the work. When the spindle stops, the other four axes follow and stop. The rotation speed of the main shaft determines the speed of hair transplantation, and the four servo axes respond and drive in a coordinated manner, otherwise hair removal or uneven hair will occur.
