1. Features of “Copper-Free Healthy Toothbrush”
Using this technology to produce toothbrush heads, there is no need to use metal sheets to fix the bristles. Instead, a hair transplanting machine with core skills is used to arrange the bristles neatly. The bristles are then sucked into the holes through vacuum extraction and high-temperature sol is used to fix the roots of the bristles on the head. In the piece, the head piece with the bristles fixed is ultrasonically welded to the brush head handle.
Copper-free toothbrushes avoid the problem of metal and metal oxidation, making the mouth healthier and more secure.

2. Features of “traditional metal toothbrushes”
Traditional toothbrushes use metal hair transplantation technology, using metal sheets to fix the bristles. Currently, about 95% of toothbrushes on the domestic market contain metal sheets (including copper sheets, aluminum sheets, iron sheets, etc.). Whether they are manual or electric, they all use metal hair transplantation technology. (Each toothbrush uses about 20 pieces), because the metal piece in this process needs to have a stable support to fix the bristles. Carefully observe the toothbrush head you use every day. There are two pieces at the root of each group of bristles. These two small slits are used to fix the metal sheet when it is driven in at high speed.
After being used for a period of time, when the toothbrush head containing metal pieces intrudes into water and other substances, some metal pieces may rust through oxidation and corrosion, which may be harmful to health.
